22/11/2009 - Deburring, edge smoothing and dimpling

Not much point in putting up any pictures for this.  Pretty much the whole day spent deburring holes, smoothing edges and then dimpling all the holes in the aft fuselage.

For the last hour or started work on assembling the centre fuselage and then spotted a problem with one of the baggage area ribs. 

I seem to have an extra F727R but it was labelled F726R which meant I did not pick it up at the inventory stage.  I thought about modifying it as I thought it was only the hole layout on top of the baggage area rib, however I have realised it is a different profile as well, so looks like I cant modify it.  Email sent to Van's...
